Unveiled: the new homes planned for Rochester Riverside

Plans for the new homes on Rochester Riverside are being unveiled at a public exhibition 2-7pm on Tuesday 27 July at the Princes Hall, Corn Exchange, High Street, Rochester and thereafter at the Medway Renaissance offices at Eastgate House Annex, High Street, Rochester.

The event is an opportunity to view the proposals before Crest Nicholson submits its planning application.

The proposal is for approximately 170 flats and houses at the southern end of the site - the area between Doust Way and Furrells Road. A quarter of the new homes, to be managed by The Hyde Group, would be for shared ownership and rent.
